It seems that the Capi and Avdaudio have sold out their attenuators.
I swear I've seen a third player selling something similar.

Thanks guys. I contacted Blore Edwards, they gonna be in stock again soon.
I'm seeing a lot of electronic items out of stock at the moment.
It seems to be increasing in the last months.
The Grayhill switch used in Neve 1290 builds is also out of stock for the first time in 10 years.
Probably more items that are used regularly in projects around here will be sold out.
I really miss the times before Covid
