Those level pots in the 553 should be linear.

Gonna use ' em on the hamptone fet and another similar...

If you don't mind three 10dB bumps in the freq curve, pots at zero position you can use them in the API553. :green: :green: :green:

Via Paul Wolff of API in another thread...

One additional thing about the 553 eq:

You can change the center frequency of the mid band by doubling or halving the capacitor in the tank circuit.
You can vary it from 1.5K to 6K without tipping the bell shape too much.
