I have been buying some NOS capacitors - never been used..
Should I be wary of putting these into circuits?
I read about replacing old electrolytic caps because of "drying" out - but does the same thing apply to never been used caps
For info - I have quite a few Tantalum Caps (Axial - they do look weird) from 1967 to military spec made by Marconi/Plessey Radar
