I put together this input stage--it's not technically mine, but I adapted it to run on +/-18vdc for my personal needs. Any comments or suggestions?

You can turn it to CC-CB cascode you :
change Q9, Q10 to paralel 3+3 x PNPs with collectors to R5,R6 and
emitters dirrectly to emitters of Q1..3, Q4..6
then take outputs from theirs collectors (R5, R6).

Do the bases of Q9 and Q10 stay tied to that voltage divider, or are they getting tied to the bases of Q1-Q3 and Q4-Q6? I'd guess they get moved to the bases of each trio.
