500 series lunchbox

just finished making lunchbox for my 550b eq, hooked it up and it works great apart from a very slight mains hum - might have to mount the PS externally to solve this??... please excuse the poor quality of the pics!

you could shield it.. what kind of PSU design are you using? do you have a schemo?

thanks svart! i'll dig out the schem and post a pic asap - nothing too complicated, didnt bother with 48v for mic pres and all that, just +/-15v for EQs (saving up for a 560 next!!)

there is a metal divider in the middle between the PS and everything else, and of course the front and rear panels are metal, although only the rear panel is earthed at the moment (will have to sort that)..
