switched webhost

due to webhost switching the links to my old sites (inductor diy, SS transformerless pultec etc) are dead.

the sites are up again now. my new home is www.diygallery.de
plz update your bookmarks and the metas.

I dont have time to update all the dead links to the pics posted in various threads. so if you miss a pic, schemo or whatever pm me and I´ll relink it.

I don't know if you did the same thing, but I didn't see the links at the bottom at first because the window was too small...

found my problem.

I tend to use low brightness with my CRTs.

When I got home I tried again and just saw the grey writing at the bottom.

My crt often has some glare at work.

Can some other turn down the brightness to see if they get the same problem?

The problem is that the pictures are too dark.

They were probably made on a mac?

They look much darker on a PC - especially with a CRT monitor. When I open the images in an editor, I have to add about 25% brightness to see anything other than a black square...

So just change the colour of the images, and everybody should be able to see your site. Or you could just use the "link hunt" tecnique... :grin:
