I'm looking for suggestions on how to implement a switchable mic/line output for a small amp.
I want to take the signal from its output (after output trafo?) and feed a console line or mic inputs. I need to retain all the tone quality on the amp. It can be a transformer or transformeless solution, with level control...

any input appreciated!!!!!

cheers!

Kubi, what about the output impedance of the amp, would that solution mess with that?
Maybe I need some buffer or even a transformer to keep some isolation??

something like this?

thanks!

Check out the circuit hanging off the OT in this diagram. You definitely need the cap to ground to roll off the high end as a speaker would. I think the bottom of the level adjust pot also wants to go to ground.
