Hi,

Now I don't fully understand how this circuit works yet, but from what I think I know, this is what I came up with:

Are these the caps that lie in the signal path?

And you could say that C7 is in the signal path also - in some way - at least it contributes a great deal to the sound, and should be of sufficient quality...

If you say C7 is in the signal path doesn't the same apply to C11 and C12?

Yes, C11 and C12 are also in the signal path.
