Looks almost like the Langevin tube pre that Raf sent me.
Maybe those transformers could be used on the Langevin for a variation of a theme.

Please forgive the ignorance, but are those UTC trannies? As in A20,A13, and A18? If so, could anyone be so kind as to let us know what the impedance/ratios are?

I believe those are Fred transformers, which is weird. because we have a Freed thread and a Lang thread appearing simoultanoeosly ah.
