what means -127 for a transistor? (for example BCyada-127)

You'd probably want to consult the part's datasheet for that. That should show if that is indeed a ranking, or a date code or other manufacturing code.

That, plus not all manufacturers of a part number necessarily employ the same ranking or marking system.

Thanks, as it is impossible to find the corresponding datasheet I thought someone would know here maybe.

it is a JB007-127 (a james bond transistor)
