I found a lad there , he's nothing short of pure genius in terms of 3D print ,
Hes home spun his own high temp printers upto 450C with fume extractor hoods built in FFS,
A PTFE tube can be fused into a solid shape of very precise dimensions ,
Hows about a sub mini tube-sub assembly , with shock absorbing grommets to chassis and punched
eyelets where the components and leads outs land .

This guy is one step ahead of me each time I throw in a variable into the equation , he's got a lead on the PTFE tubing needed and the first question he asked when I mentioned valve audio was are you dealing with high voltages and temperatures ,yes .

Ive offered to help the guy out with material costs and he's saying he's not in it for the money and he'll basically do the prototyping for free .
