Hi everybody

Quick one for you. I was curious to see if it's possible to install any 500 modules in a regular case, and then feed it with some 48V and 16V from psu inside the same case? I know there is a lot of sweet psu from pcb grinder and others. I guess I'll had to solder directly on the "card" connection? Do I run into some troubles doing that or it's ok?

Of course it is OK, but you will need (+) and (-) 16v.  Also, why not buy the card edge connector and solder to that instead of directly to the PCB?  Or just buy a two space horizontal 500 series rack - but that's not DIY!

awesome. Thats what I was talking about :) Thank you. By the way, was it difficult to cut the front panel ton mount the 500 unit?
