Roger,
I think I wasnt clear about the offset.The offset you're talking about is heightwise (in the Z direction) but I was curious to know the offset between the mounting centerline and the the card centerline(in Front View).The DBX and the 500 series seem the same.

Working on a new peter purpose 525.

FPE order:

(I measured peter's carrier and front panel about a million times
before I ordered.)

Sourced some different switches other than the ones peter used as getting a Rapid
order in the US is quite hard.

Its now underway......

I'll post a finished picture when I'm done.

How did you create that 90-degree bend in the plain aluminum base plate? I see you had the panel pre-scored by FPE; did you still have to use a metal brake?

jdbakker..  I used a cheap sheet metal brake to bend on the score line.
