Hello, i just start to diy the 9098 ( buying components and designing pcb) and i was thinking if someone can help about:

What is the voltage working ?
What about the input choke vt30972? How can i build it ?

Does someone tried it?

vt30972 looks to me like a Carnhill/St Ives serial number. Maybe you check them directly:
