No. It's not clear where the mic would be connected. If it were connected to where the ends of the 6k8, then mic wouldn't get power when you switched the polarity. If it's not connected to that point, it won't switch the polarity. And I'm not seeing how the pad works. You can make a pad with one two pole switch:
