I open this topic again to try and understand this weird behavior of the fader meters on this Calrec S2 sidecar mixer.
When the Faders are raised, in the absence of an audio signal, on the meters, some LEDs light up. As soon as some Mute buttons are pressed, the LEDs turn off ...
What could be happening?

Maybe its a VCA meter, not an audio meter.
They are audio meters and they work when they have a signal, there is no doubt.
But when I press several mutes the first led of the vumeter turns off, also when the faders are all down. Maybe there is some electrical ground that is not right.

Open inputs picking up lots of noise?
No, is not that. It's like a voltage leak ..... See the first photo, all the vumeters, the first led on, see the second photo, when three mute buttons are activated, all those LEDs turn off (as it should be) Also all the led they turn off when all faders are down

Solved !!  ;D ;D
What I suspected, a problem of electrical grounds, the analog 0V and the 0V of the logic circuits, it is necessary to connect inside the console.
