Adac coupler ?

If I asked this before I didn't have any success. I have a couple of xlr & 1/4" harnesses that terminate in the adac [ adat style ] 56 pin multi connector. Has anyone seen a female - female couple for connecting the two ? It would allow me to make use of these instead of sitting around, Tia!

The only thing close to a coupler I have ever seen is a short snake with 2 female edac connectors, one on each end.
You could always de-pin and put on a different edac like female.
