Add built-in Pad to Rode Nt3

Hi Diyers

I would like to know if anybody had the schematic of Rode NT3 ?

I would like to find a Spot to add a pad inside the circuit cause for certain use ( like snare ) the signal is pretty distorded from the mic

I dont know if the capsule is supposed to be able to handle this kind of pressure properly but if yes, i would like to modify the mic to get a less distorded signal
