Going back 20 years here but I used a 535 as a  kick mic for *years* right on the batter head still got it, still works great, thin is definitely not its problem.

Hi,
I'm reviving this thread because I also have an C535 with no low end and pretty low volume.
I know the problem is from the capsule and not the circuit since I have another good one and used its capsule on this circuit and it's was fine.

So I need to get a replacement capsule for this mic,
any idea of who should I contact to buy a replacement capsule?

Thank you
