I’m repair my altec 436c and it looks like it needs all new caps. I am having trouble finding a good replacements for c7 and c8

C7 Condenser, 80 mfd, 350 v (Ma!lory FP 138A or
SpragueTVL-1630)
C8 Condenser, 80040-10 mfd, 200-450-450 v (Mallory
FP 370 or Sprague TVL-3761)

All options seem to be expensive vintage parts, I would like to know if there is a modern equivalent to these instead.

Thanks
John

I haven't seen one of these but, can you use multiple caps? Or does it have to look original.....

Panasonic EEU series come in quite a few values.....

C8 is a multi-section capacitor,  one of the sections used in  the voltage doubler with C7.

neatly  install  a pair of 100 uF @  350 VDC  capacitors for the doubler.
they could be radial lead or perhaps the snap-in variety.
there is a grounding benefit to using individual caps for the doubler,  ripple is  localised.

C8b and C8c can be a fresh multi-section can capacitor.
