My wife saw the dinosaur, but I didn't. I think there is a random element to that site. Someone has way too much time on their hands....

Theoretically, we're pretty close if you count birds and lizards to be pretty close relatives... but also, it would be improbable to have consumed 1.3 trillion barrels of dead dinosaurs, have somewhere between 3 and 8 trillion barrels in the ground - or maybe more but certainly not less. I don't know where oil came from, but I doubt that this much of it was dead dinos. I am also unconvinced that all dinosaurs congregated to Texas, Alberta, and Saudi Arabia to die. You can call me a skeptic if you want.

I also thought the dinosaur was satire on her CREATIONISM stance, wherein humans and dinosaurs coexisted ala Flintstones.

(I thought oil was from marine organic mass - algae and other plant life, deposited along with sediment in sea basins over millions of years. Anaerobic decomposition then gives hydrogen, methane and heavier hydrocarbons?
