While this is far too much metal fab / press drilling for me to take on (I used to have some great presses but we sold them to make space), I REALLY admire what you've done here. Top-notch work (no pun intended), and I'm glad it's working for you.


I am currently at the build phase of an AML ez1073 where I'll begin soldering j headers to all of the sub boards, and I stopped there for now.


I am going to look at a couple more options for 30mm shaft pots, to make sure I will not affect the circuit in any way.


This means finding a pot as close to the Sfernice P9A as possible, just with a shaft length of 30mm instead of 20. I believe with that extra 10mm of clearance (I can mill out the faceplate if absolutely necessary), I can attach a small grey Marconi no problem.
