Ampex MX 35 switch handle

Searched with as many terms as I could think of but no matches. Any one know where I can find a switch cap like this for an Ampex MX35? Thanks

I believe Ampex used lever switches made by Centralad. It is posilble that they supp;ied them with a different knob than normal.
