The compression you heard is the DDT clip limiter, so maybe don't drive it past clipping? It's only 100W amp.But they sounded better to you when you drove them with 220W?Mating amps to speakers is not that linear or simpleI am not a fan of NS-10s, or PMA200.... sorry.JR
