+Selling/Transfering:
There is no any law issue. Cause we’re out of law right now. We removed our agreement. So, no registration. Now company is ready to sell. You don't have to do anything about laws of Turkey. You will be responsible for your country's laws only.
+What Analog Obsession will provide:
- Codes (C++) for DIAMOND SERIES (Support for a year until find new developing team)
- GUI pieces (Support for a year until find new GUI designer)
- Ready to use WDL framework (Modified)
- SDKs
- Ready to sell 29 plugins (5 of Diamond Series and included a year support)
- Pro Tools / Eden Peace Developer Account (Included iLok Account and iLok 3 to certificate AAX plugins)
- Analog Obsession AAX Certificate (If you want you can create your own)
- DSP Sources
- Domain and Database (Possible to transfer domain and database provider if new owner wants)
- Wordpress/WooCommerce based website
- No support for Legacy Plugins but they are fully working. You can upgrade them with your new codes and GUIs.
