Anomalous behavior due to temperature differences.

Hello everyone. I have an EMT turntable on the workshop table with abnormal behavior when it is cold, just turned on.
When in Stop, it rotates freely for a few minutes, then stabilizes and remains stationary.
I have made some measurements on the engine control board. The measurements are different when cold than when hot. Even a blow of wind on the components changes the behavior and spins the engine.
Any suggestions?

A detail. I have tested several of the same cards and they all behave the same. For the user it is not a problem because an electromechanical brake keeps the motor still. But I would like to improve that situation.
Does anyone suggest something?
