I've been looking at a Leslie 145 that keeps blowing fuses.  I traced it back to the fast motor for the low speaker.  It all works fine with this disconnected.    Therefore I'm looking at getting a new motor.  This particular cabinet is run from one of those footswitch things, so  guitar can be plgged through it.    It also runs on 230v.

My question is are all Leslie motors 115v ?    I say this because it seems impossible to get a 230v motor.  Also in the past I had to replace the mains transformer in a 147 that was running at 230v & the motors ran from a 115 tap in the mains transformer primary.  Like an autoformer.

You might want to try removing the motor, cleaning it, lubing it and checking it again before buying a replacement. They are easy to clean and oil, and if it is all gummed up, that could be why it is popping the fuse.  Just a suggestion before spending any money. This worked for me in an 825 that wasn't turning.  It wasn't blowing fuses, though.

There are folks with expertise on Leslie speakers in the Leslies, Tone Cabinets, and Accessories forum.

btw.  I do not think that a gunked up motor will cause the amp fuse to blow.  Sounds like the 145 amplifier is the problem.

Thanks for the response.  I too thought that it couldn't be the motor, but when I disconnected that particular motor or the thing was switched so that the other 2 motors were spinning, it works fine......
