Anybody have Circuitmaker model for MJE181 / MJE171??

Hi Group:
I've been using some models that I know are not correct for the MJE171, MJE181 parts.
Anybody have them for Circuitmaker? I need to get a little closer on my simulation.
I've played around trying to make them but haven't
had any luck? Here's mfg data in Spice3:

So Circuitmaker does not support SPICE3 models? Maybe check ON Semi, IIRC they had other formats online.

On a semi related note: Samuel, didn't you say some time ago that you found the MJE17x/18x models to give unrealistic results and that you modeled with the MJE34x/35x instead for that reason?

I use ECG373/374 because I never managed to make external BJT models work inside Protel; this seems to be a Protel issue, FET models etc. work fine...
