What's the problem?
I have had email correspondence with Yannick Closset of Mic&Mod in the past and he always reacted correctly to my mails.
You could try: yankimusic [at] me.com

Thanks for replies.

I made vst plugin for them. We were already talking via email. But now Yannick does not reply my emails. They don't pay my money. Of course i didn't send finished project.

Actually it's really strange. Cause they send me a microphone and %30 of my work. But i finished project and can't get %70. Waiting about 3 months. I didn't get any other works from any company because of this job.

It's annoying...

Is that the 'microphone emulation plugin' , he once wrote about?

Yes, microphone emulation plugin.

It's done by me. Now time to send finished product to them and get my money but i can't get any reply from them.

It's annoying cause i spent big time and effort to finish this work.

This kind of work may not be lost !
You can find another interested company with new sub contract deal or sell the plug-in licence by yourself
Hope you don't send any source code...

Mic&Mod are  known by their not so clean business model, copying designs and fraudulent use of other people’s work.

IIRC there was at least another topic here, and I remember some Facebook posts with the same issues a few years ago.

Maybe the best solution is to avoid them, they doesn’t seem to play fairly.

Newcomers will be amazed by their prices and all this classic model numbers,, but we should try to don’t give them a single $ given the fact we know how do they’ve work and the consequences of this kind of companies for the DIY community.

Not trying to blame you, and I really hope this ends well for everyone involved, but if I were you, I’d be looking at ways to protect my code.

Yes, I would sell it under my own name in this case.
I noticed that you have a website with other plugins, so why not add it to your collection?
After all, you have spent a lot of time and energy to create it.
Do you need a special microphone to use as 'reference microphone'? (As in the Slate product?)

On the 23th march they posted a message on their facebook page that they're up for sale.
Maybe that's why you don't get any reaction?

I didn't send any code.Just sent prototype as plugin. It's almost impossible to reverse engineering. So they can't see my codes.

I can't use it under my company or sell this plugin to any other company cause it's for only  Atlantic Phonic Renaissance Microphone.

They didn't pay and also i missed tons of work because of their work...

I have no idea what should i do, now.  I believe i will give up.

Up for sale? So? They are selling their company or sale for products?

It seems to be a whole company sale.

Also they’re lowering prices in remaining stock.

I can’t say a part of me isn’t happy when companies doing bad business practices goes out of business.

Since I'm still waiting for some legal action he promised to me for posting a screenshot of his web-shop I feel safe to post a screenshot again  8)

Hey guys, I’m aware that this is an old thread and things might have changed since. But here the new Mic & Mod owner (Fabian?) comments on their alleged copyright infringements and law affairs:

Watch this on YouTube and see the comment section below the video.

Perhaps some of you would like to join the discussion. ;)
