API 560 - Scratchy Sound

One of my lunch boxes has an API 560 that is making some scratchy/crackling sounds.  I've got four 560's and two 550A's in the box and it's the only one making this noise.  I've removed the input cabling from the bad channel.  I swapped the output wiring with the channel next to it and the problem stays with the module.  I assume the 2520's going bad.  Anyone else have a similar scratchy noise with an API module?  I don't have any opamps to swap, but I did open up the module and everything is seated fine.  Should I swap one of my other 560's opamp to see if that's the problem? Unit is probably 4 or 5 years old.  I'll call API tomorrow, just wanted to get a jump on other possible troubleshooting ideas.

That's the first thing I'd try.  When you say scratchy you mean all of the time, and not just when you move a slider?
