Now you are. At least I did. Mostly because of the education and eye opening experience I have had whilst hanging around here for the last four years. So thank you to all of the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people for facilitating tonight's late night chuckle.

For that kind of money, it should make a recording of a crappy teenage garage band with a handful of SM57s sound like Gilmore and Waters when they were in peak form. Also, it would do that thing where it lines up with Wizard of Oz.

Plus, the Dark Side console is complete and not parted-out.  This must have been a secondary spare kept in the shop, if the provenance is anywhere correct.
Everything considered, there are plenty of people who will pay $30K for two channels of the real deal.  The Kraftwerk Autobahn vocoder went for $12K years ago, and that is really a one trick pony.
