the first rule of avalon is you do not talk about Avalon schematics.

You get the idea. Avalon really wants to do repairs as to be ontop of QC for their gear. Plus they can charge you for it too if the warranty is finished. unfortunately their QC has gone down some as We have an Avalon 2022 here and it was poo right out the box. Eventually talked to a tech over there who had me measure voltages in various signal points. Then the tech told me that's not right and to send it back. Needless to say once it came back it was fine. However new out the box not so good.
Tracking down buzz should be fairly easy to do without a schematic however you will void the warranty if you open the unit up. More over if you could describe the buzz may be able to clue you in on what to look for.
Or save yourself the hassle and just ship it to avalon. They do good turn around time.
