B7G Valve / Tube Socket for EaglePCB

Hello Lads,

Just been playing around with the lite version of EaglePCB, and I'm wondering, have any of you kind chaps, got, or know how to design a B7G valve Socket template for use in Eagle.

look at eagle site, theres a library for tubes!
i'm not quite sure if theres that specific tube tough!

Got the tubes library, but there's no B7G type sockets.....
How do you make a custom part in eagle ?

Any ideas / help is very much appreciated..
