I saw yours after i built mine.  But what I really want is a PCB mount version, so that I don't have to hand wire each contact.

The sockets measure  1 5/16" High  X 1 5/8" long and 1 1/2" hole to hole
the opening where the tube goes in is 1"

Good going, I'm only 12+ years late to the thread! Looks like Steve @ Apex Jr ran out of these long ago..
So where do we get these bad boys? Shirly someone is making them, as they would be super-useful and I can't be the only one wanting to buy a bunch..
