Anyone else have trouble communicating with them? I ordered and paid for a capsule several weeks ago and have not received any response. Would be nice to at least have a rough ETA

I've ordered a capsule and mic body one year ago. I had to wait 3 months before receiving it. One day I had a phone call from Ben in person. He was sorry for not being very reactive and communicative. He explained that they were moving their production factory. He offered me a BV-8 transformer to apology. Be patient.

A friend and I ordered one each last summer, and if I recall it took approximately 1.5 months to arrive (I'm near Toronto) - I also had concerns as there was not really any communication other than a receipt email, but in time the capsules arrived and I couldn't be happier with the one I got.
