I haven't had time to really look at the pedal yet. What I can already say, it does not turn on, whether with battery or AC/DC adapter.Does it turn on?
If it doesn't turn on at all then the fix might be simple

True! That was my first suspicion, unfortunately not the case this time.Theres a switched ground contact on the input jack for power , thats always worth a check .
Not so easy! Some of the PCB tracks are underneath other large components.Follow the batt leads to the nearest cap
Thanks Khron, that is a good point. I could see if there's a short from the Vcc pin to ground. Maybe I can get a programmed DSP from Behringer. I have the tools to remove and re solder.Before that, you might wanna consider checking (on the DSP chip's pins) what the supply voltage is. You should be able to easily find the relevant pins in the DSP's datasheet. No amount of capacitor swapping will cure a toasted chip, y'know...
