schematics attached.

As these things cost under a 30€, I was thinking would there be any point for modding these..
From the schemas it looks like quite easy to bypass opamps and go straigth to 2902 inputs&ouputs,
but as i have no clue for what is quality of ad/da from that chip( ie. would there be any improvement by replacing those opamp buffers etc.)

I think the op-amps are not the weakest link in this system. So bypassing them probably makes no difference.

Output drive capability of the 2902 chip would be a problem too. Load impedance lower than 10 kohm increases distortion remarkably. The UCA200 has 3.9kohm load. If you absolutely want to modify something, change R23 and R20 to 10-20 kohm (you have to change some other resistors too if you want that the gain stays the same).
