Any advice on best affordable U47 Body? The studio 939 budget 47 seems to be sold out at the moment.

How much internal room / length do you need? And haven't there been "short body" U47's too?

I snapped a few photos of the insides of one of mt SCT2000's last night, in case it helps.

Should be found on the used market for ~150e, or even less, for the full package (mic, shockmount, perhaps even spare elastics for it, and power supply, mic cable, mic box and flightcase). You'll probably wanna re-cap the power supply though - at least one of mine had one small 400v with its case blown off (bought used, "of course").

SCT2000 with the PSU would be a good choice as well (used or new for 222 EUR), though the basket is a little bit different (it's hold using just two screws so it tilts dangerously when you are taking it apart). Also the capsule sits quite high (I think it did so also with earliest U47s). I've been modding one for a friend (just capsule and tube swap) but haven't got it sounding 'right' yet. The capsule now in is the Chinese K47 with the 5 kHz peak, after EQ in post it sounds pretty good (using 6n23p-ev with the both triodes in parallel, might change that later).

I need this to fit...

And you also have the exact transformer to fit that footprint?

I would've expected the designer / provider of that circuit board to also provide (or at least point out where you could get) the bodies that was designed for, but... Maybe that's just me.

I bought it at vintagemicrophonepcbkit.com/, I have bought many from them, good people. It's just that their supplier seem to be sold out at the moment.

I don't think the PCB fits into SCT-2000 after all, you need a long U47 body. Here's the build thread: D-EF47 Tribute To Oliver Archut U47 Build Thread.
From pics you'll see the PCB takes the whole length of the inside.

I used one from Life long music (imported China body), not the same as linked above but it had rails with side slots where I mounted the PCB (similar to Greenie's) with L-brackets.

I bought this one. Looks ok.
Bought the same From Life Long Music on eBay more than one year ago for my first U47 clone... Good quality, a bit expensive imo. The only problem with this body is that it oxidizes easily. I keep a soft tissue in my case and wipe it up each time I use it before putting it back into it's case. Bought one from aliexpress for my second build... Cheaper and good quality also. Painted so no oxidation marks
