Hi there, just wondering what a decent replacement op-amp for a TL082 FET input would be?

Thanks any options to investigate - I see OP2134's as a possibility.

OPA2134 doesn't have FET inputs. Perhaps you're thinking of the OPA2132?

Do you have the option for SMD? There are some very good modern fet input options that are SMD only (SOIC-8). For example LME49880, AD8599 and AD8512. TLE2072 is another modern option - quite cheap - also available as PDIP.

The OPA2134 is the 'audio' version of the OPA2132. The latter still seems to perform a little better for audio as well IMO.

But it really depends on the application. In EQ circuits designed with the TL072 in mind I actually liked OPA2132 best. In the signal path not so much.
