Looked into the BOMs. Paul is using cermet on other modules as well. Back then he used the Spectrol 149 series pots.What he writes about these:Lastly, the COARSE and FINE pots use very low drift cermet resistive material. This means when you set those front panel pots, the frequency does not drift because the resistance of the pots is changing with temperature.
