Bridge rectifier/ is it broken

could 1 of you kind folk at a look at my photo and tell me if my why this Bridge rectifier it no a line like dc should be

A bridge rectifier alone does not create DC, you need caps to smooth things out. I would guess zero volts is at the bottom of your screen, not in the middle.
