Can the BC547C/557C sub for BC550C/560C in DOA Apps?

Is the BC547C/557C a good sub for the BC550C/560C in DOA applications?

Im looking for a good complementary pair available at Digikey or Mouser here in the states.

Mouser has the BC560cta and unfortunateluy the BC550cta is on backorder. It looks like tyhe ta spec has minimum 800 hfe on the 550s. We'll see when I get them. Mouser has been known to surprise me by getting BO items sooner than expected on occasion.
