Chandler TG2 summing, how?

Hi, there's an option on the chandler tg2 to have both channel summed to one output from a switch on the back panel. Does anyone here know how this summing is done. Before the output transformer?

Thanks for your answer Abbey but..now that i think about it, when the sum switch is engage, the output control of the first channel is disangaged and the ouput control of the second channel became the ''master''. so is that possible that they merge passively before the output stage?

Edit: didnt saw that on your drawing the summing was before an output stage...now i see.

Yes; this kind of passive mixing can be done anywhere in the signal path. Could be detrimental to noise performance if done at low level.
