I have searched in here and  could not find a library for the above, I then contacted Cinemag but no luck either....
anyone has got a lead ?

Have you ever created your own parts in eagle? If not I recommend you check out this three part tutorial

To me this is one of the most important skills for Eagle. You’ll never be stuck looking for a part again and you can be more confident that you have the correct dimensions and pads etc

Most important: you can only blame yourself if something on the PCB went wrong :)

Absolutely!

Also many of the stock parts just drive me crazy. Pads, drills, etc.. One of the libraries I downloaded has great resistors and caps, but when I click the part to move it, it always selects the name first which is really annoying on my laptop.
