I have a dbx 1066 Compressor / Limiter and would like to calibrate it. I couldn't find any service manual online but I found the schematics.
Does anyone have a manual how to service / calibrate this device? It has obvious labeled trim pots like RMS Trim, VCA SYM, UNITY GAIN but what is the procedure or the levels / signals I have to feed to get whatever result? That's the question
Maybe someone can help out.
As I have the device open I found that output transformers could be fittet to this device. Has anyone tried that and is it worth it?
