OK finally got round to hooking this thing up and its sounds sweet!!
Connect as Follows:

3: Left Bus
6: Right Bus
7+10 : 0/Earth
13+16 : Neg 24V (-) Supply
19 : Mic IN (+)
22 : Mic IN (-)
21: OUT (+)
24: OUT (-)
