Desk top tube mic preamp #2

Another appearance of the desk top microphone preamp, this time 2 RU with old Hoyt VU meters. Meters are isolated from the audio path with JLM meter buffers and two small Triad transformers. The power supply enclosure houses a JLM Scorpio power supply.

It looks like it belongs inside a tank with the Harting connector , front panel reminds me a little of the Studer 169 ,
I see its heavy steel chassis , are they off the shelf or custom made ?
