I'm building a giant aluminum case for mixer project using Capi aca boards. The brackets holding it together though are currently stainless steel. Now I was told recently that when I attached chassis ground that I would get a lot of interference and Noise because the metals are dissimilar. Is this true? If so can I change something to make this better? Like change the metal brackets 2 something other than aluminum or stainless? or maybe coat them somehow? Everything's a really tight fit already. A little help would be appreciated thanks!

What metals? The interface is Aluminum Oxide on Chromium Oxide.

Both are fair/good insulators. They sure will not spontaneously make an electric racket.

I thought in exterior applications you could use SS screws in Al flashing/trim recklessly; indeed that may be the standard thing in good work. In salt-water Marine work, I could go over to the fancy boatyard and see how they feel, both the Trim shop and the Electrics shop. But I'm sure other parts of a mixer will suffer long before the SS/Al and their oxides get ugly.

It was a very well known console designer who said this to me, you'd definitely know him. He told me to put an oxide coating on the stainless. So I trusted him being who he is and the guy who I was ordering the pieces cut from is an electrical engineer and just couldn't understand why he'd say that. I mean, heck, I'm a hobbyist, I have no clue either lol.
