I built the headphone amp for my 32 ohm headphones PRR suggested. It sounds amazing. My question now is how to buffer it so I can split my main outputs to this amp and my speakers.

Of what?

If it is a common hi-fi control preamp, just use a Y-cable.

I am monitoring from a digidesign 192 io sending to the headphone amp as well as dynaudio bm15a's. I just want to make sure I am not creating some load issues to my output that are detrimental.

Thanks, JEff

My other concern was unbalancing the signal for the headphone amp. If I connect lo to ground to unbalance doesn't that tie it for both sets of outs from the Y? Isn't that unbalancing the whole connection?

I know know this topic is old, but can you point me to this schematic you speak of?  I'm looking to do a headphone amp for my 32 ohm headphones.  I did some searching but found a bunch of different topics.

Thanks
