I know some people who have built them. WHen you think about it there is not much really going on there. A PSU in a frame/chasis wired to some edge connectors. I forget though where the frames/chasis were purchased.
But it shouldnt't be any more dificult then racking up modules.

It is my design... I have drawn the drawing, and my friend has made on the work (it there has a special machine tool)
